My practice is inclusive of the body, mind, and emotions. I approach each client with the awareness that we are shaped by our past experiences, families of origin, and our environment. Through this lens, I am able to better understand the influences and unique needs of a family throughout the childbearing year. I believe in the importance of creating physical, mental, emotional & spiritual safety for all birthing bodies. I appreciate and serve the unique individual lived experience of birthing folks.

Childbirth Education

Holistic Birth Classes are all day Intensives with Private and group options in Chapel Hill & Pittsboro. Classes include: Holistic Birth- Homebirth Education, Holistic Birth- Out of Hospital, Holistic Birth- Hospital

Comfort Measures: Deep Dive- 3 hour Intensive for couples who are planning their first unmedicated birth or partners wanting to deepen how they can support during labor. An excellent class for those who are not working with a doula.
