I take a holistic approach to my work and value the complexity of the layers that affect our well-being.

My practice is inclusive of the body, mind, and emotions. I approach each family with the awareness that we are shaped by our past experiences, families of origin, and our environment. Within this framework, I am able to better understand the influences and unique needs of a family during the transformation of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
