Childbirth Education for folks planning to birth at a Birth Center or at home.
6 Hour Immersion. Including handouts and hands on practice. Includes Anatomy & Physiology, Hormones of Labor, Progression of Labor, Birth Mindset, Informed Consent & options for your birthing time, Birth preferences & Transfers, Comfort Measures & Support, Immediate Postpartum.
A great class for first time parents or folks planning their first unmedicated birth. Wear comfortable clothing for moving around in the afternoon. Details for the structure of the day will follow.
This one day intensive takes place on a Saturday, from 10AM-4PM. Choose the best Saturday for your schedule! Upcoming classes are October 4 & December 6 at NCBC
Homebirth Education $300 per couple.

This class is perfect for folks who are planning their first homebirth, particularly if this is your first baby or your first birth without pain medication. Includes Anatomy & Physiology, Progression of Labor, Birth Mindset, Informed Consent, Hormones, Common Interventions, Comfort Measures & Support, Immediate Postpartum. Covers your childbirth education needs geared toward the unique considerations for Homebirth families.

3 Hours deep dive into comfort measures for birth partners & new doulas, includes handouts.
Homebirth Preparation $200/Virtual
3 Hours of one on one private education to support your home birth, includes handouts & digital guide. This class is for folks who have previously given birth but this is their first homebirth.
Childbirth Refresher $200/Virtual
3 Hours of physiology, progression of labor, & comfort measures, handouts included. This is a great option for folks who have previously given birth but need a refresher of childbirth
Preparing for Postpartum $200/Virtual
3 Hours to look in-depth and prepare for a successful postpartum, includes handouts

Wellness for Body, Mind, & Spirit
Belly Binding Sessions are done in the comfort of your own home
Initial consultation & belly binding session includes the Batik wrap, tutorial, and a digital companion booklet.
Sessions last about 1 to 2 hours.
I will teach you and your partner how to do the binding and then give you your initial binding for the day. I make all my own wraps which are included in this service but may also be purchased through the shop individually.

Our connection and work begins with a coaching call or coffee date. This initial meeting is to explore how I can assist you on your doula journey. Sometimes newer doulas need advice on how to launch into the local birth community and start booking clients. Other times, a more experienced doula might feel stuck or burnt out and need connection and direction for their birth business! Whether its a one time session, the beginning of ongoing checkins for support, having an accountability buddy, or the beginning of a collaboration, I’m excited to be part of your story!
