Holistic Birth Course ~ Online Learning

A more grounded way to prepare for birth

There comes a point in pregnancy where the noise becomes overwhelming. Information is everywhere. Advice, stories, systems~ each one asking you to take something in, to do something more, to prepare in a very specific way. And for a while, it can feel helpful. Until it isn’t. Until you notice the subtle tension underneath it all. The questioning. The anxiety. The sense that no matter how much you gather, something still feels just out of reach.

What I began to notice, after years of supporting birth in-person, is that the missing piece was rarely more information. It was the absence of connection. Not just to the body in a physical sense, but to the deeper layers of knowing that live within it. The place where your mental understanding, your emotional responses, and your intuitive awareness are not separate~but in conversation with one another.

This is where my work has been turning.

The people who moved through birth with a sense of steadiness were not the ones who had done everything “right.” They were the ones who could stay with themselves. Who could feel what was happening in real time and respond from within it. Who could hold information without becoming overwhelmed by it. Who trusted their own internal cues, even when things became intense or uncertain.

This kind of preparation isn’t about accumulating more. It’s about learning how to relate differently to what you already carry.

I’m beginning to gather this into a new offering~an online birth course that is rooted in the body, while fully honoring the mental, emotional, and intuitive layers of your experience. A space where preparation is not rushed or rigid, but steady and integrative. Where you are supported in understanding birth, but also in understanding yourself within it.

This course will be released later this summer.

If something in you recognizes this~if you’re wanting a way to prepare that feels more grounded, more connected, and more like your own~you’re invited to join the waitlist. Those who join will be the first to hear when it opens, and will receive a few additional pieces of support I won’t be sharing publicly.

There is nothing you need to prove in how you prepare for birth. But there is a way to do it that feels more like coming home to yourself.

This is what I’m creating.
